These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of products supplied by us. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Scope of Supply

Northline Fire Supply supplies consumable products used in fire alarm testing and maintenance (“Products”), including but not limited to:

  • Aerosol smoke testing cans (A10, Sabre, etc.)

  • Fire alarm maintenance consumables

  • Other related products as we expand our offerings

Products are intended for professional/commercial use by qualified personnel.

2. Buyer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for ensuring:

  • Products are used only by trained professionals familiar with applicable codes and standards.

  • Products are used in accordance with manufacturer instructions and local regulations.

  • Northline Fire Supply does not provide installation or service advice; our role is supply only.

Failure to follow proper use instructions or applicable codes is the buyer’s responsibility. Buyers must ensure compliance with Ontario Fire Code, and other relevant standards before use.

3. Product Representation

Product names, brands, model numbers, and descriptions are provided for identification. These identifiers may be trademarks of their respective owners, and Northline Fire Supply is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by any manufacturer unless expressly stated.

You acknowledge that:

  • We provide product supply only, not manufacturer warranties.

  • Manufacturer warranties, if any, are provided by the manufacturer directly.

4. Orders and Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by us.

  • Pricing and availability can change prior to acceptance.

  • No order is final until confirmed by us.

We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., supply shortages, pricing errors).

5. Taxes and Payment

  • Applicable taxes (e.g., HST) will be added where required.

  • Payment terms are as agreed in writing.

  • For first-time customers, payment is typically due in full at time of order.

Any delay or non-payment may result in suspension of order fulfillment.

6. Shipment, Risk and Title

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery.

  • Title to products transfers only upon full payment.

Inspect all shipments on receipt. Report visible damage within 48 hours.

7. Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  • Northline Fire Supply makes no express warranties regarding the performance or fitness of products beyond what the manufacturer provides.

  • We do not guarantee product performance under specific local codes or site conditions.

Except where prohibited by law, Northline Fire Supply’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the product. We are not liable for consequential damages, lost profits, or losses arising from product use.

8. Compliance and Use

Products supplied are intended for specific professional applications. It is the buyer’s responsibility to determine and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, codes, and safety standards.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of updated terms.
