Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Returns Policy outlines how returns and refunds are handled for products supplied by Northline Fire Supply.

1. Aerosol Smoke Testing Products (Primary Products)

Due to the consumable, pressurized, and safety-sensitive nature of aerosol smoke testing cans:

  • All aerosol smoke products are FINAL SALE.

  • We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once the product has been delivered.

  • This policy applies regardless of whether the product has been opened or unused.

This is standard practice across the fire safety and testing supply industry.

2. Other Fire & Safety Supplies

For non-aerosol products (where applicable):

  • Returns may be considered only if:

    • The product is unused

    • In original, unopened packaging

    • Return is requested within 7 calendar days of delivery

  • Approval must be obtained in writing before returning any item.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was on our part.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • Damaged products

  • Incorrect items

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. Approved claims may result in a replacement or credit, at our discretion.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders that have already been processed, shipped, or sourced cannot be cancelled.

  • Custom or special-order items are non-cancellable.

5. No Refunds for Improper Use

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Misuse or overuse of products

  • Improper storage or handling

  • Use outside manufacturer guidelines

By purchasing from Northline Fire Supply, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Returns Policy. Northline Fire Supply supplies consumable products used in fire alarm testing and maintenance (“Products”), including but not limited to:

  • Aerosol smoke testing cans (A10, Sabre, etc.)

  • Fire alarm maintenance consumables

  • Other related products as we expand our offerings

Products are intended for professional/commercial use by qualified personnel.
